Midtown Fur owns and operates this website. When we use the words "we," "us," or "our" anywhere on this site, we are referring to Midtown Fur. By making this website available to you — including all of its content, tools, and services — we ask that you agree to everything outlined in these Terms of Service ("Terms") as a condition of using it.
Accessing our site or placing an order means you are entering into our "Service" and agreeing to be bound by these Terms. This applies to everyone who uses the site — shoppers, visitors, vendors, merchants, and anyone else who interacts with our content.

Our online store runs on the Shopify Inc. platform, which handles the infrastructure that powers our ability to sell products to you.

We always recommend speaking with a licensed veterinarian before introducing new food, supplements, or any other products to your pet's routine.
Some content on the site may be older and is kept around only as a reference. We can update things whenever we choose, but we are not required to keep any particular information current.

We do our best to show you accurate photos and color representations of our products, but the way colors appear can vary depending on your screen — we can't guarantee a perfect match.
We reserve the right to restrict who we sell to, where we ship, and how much of any product we sell to a single buyer. We can also pull any product from our catalog whenever we choose.
Product descriptions — including any guidance on which breeds, pet sizes, or ages a product is best suited for — are general in nature. Please read the full product details before purchasing and check with your vet if you have any questions about whether something is right for your specific animal.
We can't promise that every product you purchase will meet all of your expectations, and we don't guarantee that every error on the site will be caught and fixed.
SECTION 6 — ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We may turn down or cancel any order at our discretion. We can also limit how much of a product any one customer, household, or order can include — and this may apply even across separate orders that share the same billing address, shipping address, account, or payment method.
If we need to cancel or make changes to your order, we'll reach out using the contact or billing information you gave us when you checked out.
When you shop with us, you agree to provide truthful and complete information — and to keep it up to date so your purchases can go through without issues.

Midtown Fur and its partners will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost data, or lost revenue — that stem from your use of our site or anything you purchased from us. This includes any unexpected reactions your pet may have to a product you bought here. We strongly encourage consulting a veterinarian before trying any new food, supplement, or treatment with your pet.
Depending on where you live, some of these liability limitations may not fully apply to you. In those cases, we'll limit our liability as much as the law allows.
SECTION 14 — INDEMNIFICATION
If your actions — including any violation of these Terms or any applicable law — lead to a claim, lawsuit, or demand being made against Midtown Fur or any of our team members, affiliates, or partners, you agree to defend us and cover any resulting costs, including legal fees.
SECTION 15 — SEVERABILITY
If a court or other authority determines that any part of these Terms isn't enforceable, that part will be applied as much as legally possible. Everything else in the Terms stays in effect as written.
SECTION 16 — TERMINATION
Any responsibilities either of us took on before these Terms end will still stand even after termination.
These Terms stay in effect for as long as you use our site. You can end your relationship with us at any time simply by stopping use of the website.
If you violate these Terms, we may cut off your access immediately and without warning.
SECTION 17 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, read together with any other policies we've published on our site, represent the complete agreement between you and Midtown Fur about how you use the Service.
If we don't act on a particular right or clause at any given time, that doesn't mean we're giving it up.

We can update or swap out any part of these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version on our website. If you continue using the site after any changes go live, that counts as your agreement to the updated Terms.
