Returns & Refunds

Simple 30-Day Returns

We want you and your pet to love every purchase from Midtown Fur. If something isn't the right fit for your furry friend, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to send it back.

How to Begin a Return

Get in Touch: Email info@midtownfur.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you'd like to return the item.

Pack It Securely: Place the item back in its original packaging with all accessories and tags still attached.

Ship It Back: Follow the instructions in your return authorization email and drop the package off with the approved carrier.

What Qualifies for a Return

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition — including any pet toys, accessories, or apparel that have not been used or worn by your pet.
  • All tags and seals must be intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping & Costs

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: If the item just wasn't the right match for your pet — whether it's the wrong size, style, or your pet simply wasn't a fan — shipping costs will be covered, though the shipping process itself is the customer's responsibility.

Receiving Your Refund

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, you'll receive a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 7 business days, though timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you'd like to swap for a different size, color, or product — maybe something better suited to your pet's breed or preferences — we're happy to arrange an exchange. Just reach out to info@midtownfur.com and our team will take care of the rest.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including opened grooming products and any items that have come into direct contact with animals. These items will always be clearly marked as non-returnable on their product page.
